REFUND POLICY

• Drea's Design Trove sells high design templates. Therefore, due to the nature of our work and instant access, purchases are non- refundable. For custom services, deposits are also non-refundable. Once the order has been placed and payment is received, all purchases are final. 

• If your event is canceled, no purchases will be reimbursed.

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your purchase order form which will contain a clickable link to access your template design file. Please use that link to access your files. Links are valid for 30 days. 

• For Microsoft / Adobe files, these templates will deliver to you instantly to download via email.​​​​
